St Peter Catholic School Enrollment Process
1. Inquire Today!
If you're currently looking at schools for your family, inquire here about St Peter.
2. Visit Our School
When we receive your inquiry, Admissions will contact you to schedule a tour or interview. Students in 2nd - 8th grade may also schedule a shadow day to experience a day in the life of a St Peter student.
3. Complete Application
After visiting the school or interviewing over the phone, the Admissions Office will send you an enrollment link. Once you have discerned that St Peter Catholic School is the right school for your family, complete the application through the enrollment link.
4. Prepare/request Required Documents
5. Submit Application & Pay Application Fee
Once all of the required fields are completed, please review and submit your application. After selecting "Submit," you will be requested to pay the application fee online.
6. Notification
After the school reviews all visits and paperwork, you will be notified of an invitation to register with St. Peter Catholic School.

- Copy of Birth Certificate (required for new students)
- Signed Records Release Form (if transferring to St Peter)
- Updated Immunization Records
- School/Sports Physical (required for preschool, kindergarten, and sports teams)
- Allergy Health Care Plan (if applicable)
- Asthma Health Care Plan (if applicable)
- Diabetes Health Care Plan (if applicable)
- Individual Health Care Plan (if applicable)
- Medication Administration Authorization (if applicable)
- 504/IEP paperwork (if applicable)
- Baptismal Certificate (optional, required for First Communion students)
- First Communion Certificate (if applicable)
- Court / Custody Documentation (if applicable)
