The Slack Family

My husband and I grew up in suburban New York and attended the same public-school system from grades K-12. Now, as Colorado transplants, just discovering the beauty of Catholic education, our family has immense joy and peace with our SPCS experience. Through the preschool years with our oldest daughter, we have quickly discovered the huge blessing that comes when the home, school and parish environments are working in unison. This matters so greatly to us that we drive 30-minutes each way to get our daughter to school every day.
Our daughter and all other SPCS students experience small class sizes and plenty of one-on-one attention from faculty. On the preschool side, every teacher knows every student’s name whether the child is in their class or not. All SPCS students are enjoying the fruits of a classical education paired with regularly scheduled Catholic faith formation.
We know our child and all children attending SPCS are safe physically, emotionally and spiritually. We never have to worry about what our daughter is being exposed to, or if it conflicts with our family's values, and that is a source of great peace for us. That is what you get with a school that knows what it stands for and invests accordingly, not only in each child, but in each family!
We are a proud Saint Peter Catholic School family and St. Peter parishioners. We can’t wait to send our two younger children to school alongside our oldest. When you, as parents, are entrusted with precious souls to shape, there can be no better choice than a Catholic school like this one for your family.
