Glow Run 2018

The GLOW RUN FUN-Raiser will be Wednesday, April 18 during PE class.
  
We have bright yellow tee-shirts, fun mood lighting, motivating music and glow-in-the-dark necklaces to add to the excitement.  But before the running can begin, we need YOUR participation, too! This is our last major fundraiser for the school year, we’re asking that each family please generate at least $20 in pledges/donations. But of course, you can always do more!
 
There are TWO WAYS to donate:
-A “Flat Rate” donation, where the donor simply pledges to donate a specific amount to your child’s effort.
    These donations can be collected immediately and turned in with the donor form before the Glow Run.
-A “Per Lap” donation, where the donor pledges an amount for EACH LAP your child completes.
     These donors will be contacted AFTER the Glow Run and informed of the amount of money to remit.
 
For family and friends who live far away:
Donate online here.  Through this portal, donors can fill out a pledge form AND make a payment via the Parish’s secure STRIPE system.  
 
PreSchool and PreK students will also participate in this Glow Run.  If a child normally does not attend school on Wednesdays, parents are welcome to bring them in to school on April 18 to join their classmates.  Mrs. Malone’s and Mrs. Heffner’s students will race at approximately 8am.  Mrs. Hatton’s students will race at approximately 9:45am.  If you’re coming in just for the Glow Run, parents should remain in the building.  
 
**ALL Completed Donor Pledge Forms & any collected money MUST be returned by 4/17/18**
“Per Lap” donors will be contacted following the Glow Run, so make sure you have their phone number!
 
With a record number of students attending St. Peter’s this year, our resources are stretched tighter than ever.  The money we raise will go toward buying desperately needed technology devices for the classrooms.
